Selected Projects
Allie believes thoughtful design should be accessible to everyone. Drawn to Noll & Tam's focus on libraries and K–12 education, she finds purpose in creating welcoming spaces that encourage discovery, spark wonder, and bring people together. In her 17 years of experience she has delivered complex projects across education, workplace, and civic environments.
Energized by how environments influence the way people feel, learn, and connect, Allie brings playful curiosity and a human-centered approach to design. From early programming through the technical and tactile details, she enjoys uncovering each project's unique needs and finding creative, resourceful ways to make a meaningful impact through color, light, texture, and materiality. Her commitment to sustainability extends to creative material reuse and thoughtful choices that consider the full life cycle of a project.
Outside the office, Allie is always seeking moments of wonder and joy in everyday life, whether exploring art and color with kids, finding new possibilities in old materials, or slowing down to appreciate the magical light at dusk. It's this same curiosity that shapes how she sees the world and the spaces she designs.
