“I recently took my first passport-requiring trip. I kept getting distracted by the ADA accessibility problems in London.”

Anita Lee works hard. If you come to the office on the weekend, you might find her at her desk. “But,” she says, “you know that the principals are working just as hard.” In crunch times, it makes her want to step up. It’s worth it when people are happy to move into the building she’s worked on for years.

Anita holds a Noll & Tam record for the longest time to complete an undergrad degree: nine years. (Thanks to the best parents ever.) Attending University of Hawai’i, she suddenly realized that she had to get off the island, and jumped across the mainland to Cornell. Fortunately for Noll & Tam, Berkeley is a good halfway point.

What would she do if she wasn’t an architect? Deliver the mail. She could drive on the right side of the car (she’s a lefty), and wear shorts to work. She’s a little concerned about her ability to lift 70 pounds, but with her dedication to hard work, we’re pretty sure she could do it.
