Selected Projects
Aaron is a Designer who likes a good puzzle. He enjoys the problem-solving side of architecture, where every project brings a different set of constraints to work through. He also appreciates the long arc of a building project and the satisfaction of seeing years of ideas, decisions, and details eventually become a real place people can use.
That connection to place is part of what Aaron values about Noll & Tam. He likes working on projects rooted in the Bay Area and being able to pass by places he has helped design. His dream project follows the same idea: a museum or public space that becomes part of its community and is enjoyed by lots of people for a long time.
Outside the office, Aaron unwinds with sunset runs around Lake Merritt, experiments with recipes discovered on YouTube, and tackles an ever-growing list of woodworking projects. His long-term goal is to slowly replace every piece of furniture in his apartment with something he made himself. At his current pace, it may rival the schedule of a building project.
