A new two-story classroom building opens directly to a redesigned playground and field, reshaping how this Fruitvale campus supports daily life for students. The project creates room to grow while strengthening connections between learning and outdoor space.
The reorganization of the site makes that possible. Relocating modular buildings frees up space for a dedicated Early Childhood Education area, giving younger students a safe place of their own within the larger campus. Open air corridors connect classrooms and outdoor spaces. Murals at the elevator tower and wall friezes bring color and identity to the campus. The project was delivered through a design build partnership with Overaa Construction.
