One Workplace’s ONEder Grant Program supports new and evolving research into how design influences the human experience. Noll & Tam has always considered community engagement an invaluable part of the design process, and is thrilled to announce team members Leah Marthinsen, Trina Goodwin, and Eli Mayerson have been awarded the grant to research community engagement methodologies, and how to make the process more effective and inclusive. Over the course of several months, the team will carefully analyze past projects and the role community engagement played. After identifying commonalities and patterns, our team hopes to share a toolkit to help any project team include and amplify priorities and perspectives of those most impacted by a design.
