Oro Loma Sanitary District Consolidated Facilities Project

Inclusive Spaces and Modern Upgrades for a Vital Public Service Team

Noll & Tam partnered with the Oro Loma Sanitary District to transform its headquarters into a modern, functional workplace. The renovation introduced a new mudroom and a separate building with gender-neutral locker rooms, upgraded showers, and changing areas. We also redesigned the SCADA (supervisory control and data acquisition) room and communal spaces to support daily operations. The updated interiors bring in natural light, use durable contemporary finishes, improve accessibility for staff with disabilities, and create private, inclusive spaces. Together, these improvements give staff a healthier, more comfortable environment that supports the demanding work of wastewater treatment.
