Zak joined Noll & Tam in 2021 as the firm’s Education Practice Leader, bringing deep experience in K-12 and higher education design and leading the charge to expand our work in these sectors. He has a passion for design and believes that limited budgets should not limit good design—rather, they’re an inspiration to do more with less. Zak has been influential in ensuring we are a teaching practice, taking junior staff under his wing to explain the “why” and helping them to grow in their careers. “I see Noll & Tam as a firm that has really good social and workplace values and a positive approach to client service and our own in-office community.
