Norma Ochoa
Principal

“I like surprises, generally.”

Norma Ochoa is a principal and CFO of Noll & Tam. She is well-versed in the art of financials, helping A/E firms advance their strategic planning and business operations. Her deep industry experience and accounting chops have enabled her to anticipate revenue flows and keep a steady hand on the till. Essentially, she has been making sure nothing “looks squirrelly” at the firm since 2006.

She likes surprises. Just not on the financials.

Norma does volunteer work as a CASA, a Court Appointed Special Advocate for foster children. As case workers are usually spread too thin, a CASA will spend time with the child, get to know them, and report back to the court on the child’s well-being. Someone has to look out for them. So Norma does.

She moved to Wine Country and is currently happy learning to garden, assisted by her Yorkie/Cairn Terrier who looks like Toto. There’s no place like home.
