Over a ten-year period, Noll & Tam partnered with the City to transform a six-acre ranch property into a community park. We began by implementing the master plan, which called for a new community center on the site. After the City secured state grant funding, Cunningham Engineering Corporation led the design of a nature park and education center with a demonstration garden, restored woodlands and grasslands, and a creek. At the heart of the project, our adaptive reuse of the historic ranch house preserved its character while converting it into a flexible, welcoming community center. The design honors the site’s history while providing space for programs and activities for all ages.
