Bay Point Library

A new chapter for Bay Point is taking shape. Noll & Tam is designing a state-of-the-art library that will become the heart of a growing, transit-oriented neighborhood. Sparked by a facility assessment calling for more space and better services, we teamed up with Contigo Communications to lead an extensive community engagement effort: interviews, surveys, focus groups, and public meetings to ensure the library reflects what residents want and need. Part of a larger development that combines affordable housing and public amenities, the library will bring learning, connection, and essential services right to the community’s doorstep. Designed for all ages and abilities, it will offer flexible spaces for gathering, discovery, and growth supporting Bay Point today and for generations to come.
