Soquel Fire Station #3 Soquel, California Noll & Tam Architects is working with the Central Fire Protection District of Santa Cruz County to replace the 1940s-era fire station with a new two-story, 6,342-square-foot building on a central site in the Town of Soquel. The project will consist of three apparatus bays, turnout storage, shop and laundry facilities, a captain's and firefighters' office, a public lobby and restroom, an exercise room, and living quarters for up to four firefighters. In addition to the new fire station, our scope of work includes accommodating visitor parking, firefighter and staff parking, a three-story training tower, and apparatus maneuvering/training grounds.
