Pinole Swim Center Pinole, California The Pinole Swim Center is an actively used community space in a pastoral residential setting. Noll & Tam Architects was retained to modernize and renovate its 30-year old facilities, work that included ADA improvements, safety enhancements, correction of maintenance problems, and replacement of 12,000 square feet of pool decking and drainage systems. The new 2,000-square-foot pool house renovation includes locker rooms, shower rooms, rest rooms, a concession stand, a guard shack and a pool equipment mechanical room. The pool house serves an existing 25 meter by 25 yard main pool and a smaller, shallow training pool. Collaborating with the City, Parks and Recreation Staff, the Pinole Swim Team, and community swimmers, we develop a design that suited the community's needs. < Previous ProjectNext Project >
