Pattullo Swim Center Seaside, CA The City of Seaside commissioned an assessment team led by Noll & Tam to perform a feasibility study of the Pattullo Swim Center. After performing a survey of the site and reviewing the original 1978 plans for the building, the team came up with a number of recommendations for bringing the facility up to current aesthetic, code and performance standards. Our work included renovations to the exterior core and shell, the pool room, changing rooms, restrooms, and offices. We also modified the building to make it fully accessible, altered the front lobby to be safer and more inviting, and to made site improvements that included the parking lot. < Previous ProjectNext Project >
