Valley Hi/North Laguna Library Sacramento County Library, City of Sacramento Noll & Tam Architects is currently designing a high performance new branch library for the City of Sacramento. To serve the community's needs, the 20,300-square-foot facility will offer an expanded collection, a community meeting room, a technology center, and self-service checkout. Specialized spaces include small group study rooms, a Teen Area, and a distinct Children's Library. The building is planned to be Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold.
