California State University, Monterey Bay, New Visitor Center Seaside, CA Noll & Tam Architects in association with George Homsey, FAIA, designed this new 15,000-square-foot gateway building that houses administrative offices and meeting rooms for the Vice President's Office, Development, Alumni Events, Government & Community Relations, Marketing & Publications, and Advancement Services. The facility also features a new visitor center to house receptions, exhibits, and events. Welcoming to everyone, flexible enough to accommodate changing uses, and a gathering place that encourages campus and community interaction, the building incorporates sustainable design concepts for long-term resource conservation. < Previous ProjectNext Project >
