Fremont Family Resource Center

A one-stop shop for social services in Fremont

Noll & Tam planned, programmed and designed the new Fremont Family Resource Center for the City of Fremont. The 55,000-square-foot renovation houses 19 individual government agencies and non-profit social service providers in two separate buildings. Our design for the new facility created a cohesive environment that allows for the individuality of each tenant. In 2001, the center was recognized with a “Best Practice” award by the federal Department of Housing and Urban Development.
