Congratulations to the Hayward Library & Community Learning Center project team! We are proud to announce this incredible project has won the 2021 AIA East Bay Design Award in the Civic category! From AIA East Bay: “The new Hayward Library embodies the notion of “The Heart of the City,” and is envisioned as the centerpiece of social infrastructure to revitalize downtown. The project eliminated natural gas and is all electric.
